About Us

Supporting Dignity and Independence through Quality Services

All Seasons is an innovative partnership between the voluntary sector and professional partners. We are committed to providing high quality health and social care in Kent. All Seasons promotes active participation with our clients which enables them to be more independent and have choice and control over their care.  We also ensure that any relatives or representatives are involved in all decisions concerning the type of service required and always welcome feedback. The service which is put together to match a client’s needs is always monitored and reviewed on a regular basis to ensure any changes in a care plan are catered for.

What we do

  • We enable people to remain in their own home and extend people’s quality of life
  • We deliver quality care services meeting individual needs and maximising independence
  • We design your care package how you want it!
  • We deliver a cost effective service and provide peace of mind
  • We can deliver services from just 1/2hr a week up to 24hrs a day

We have recently won a grant from Skills for Care to develop apprenticeships within the company.  We are committed to developing our workforce, and spend £100k every year on staff training. We are part of the Social Care Commitment, which is a promise to provide high quality services to people who need care and support. We as an employer have signed up to the commitment and we have a year to complete our chosen tasks, and then we are able to renew the commitment yearly.

Our History

All Seasons was founded in 1984 by the charity Canterbury and District Enterprise Trust and was originally called CADETCARE.

We’ve had a long and successful professional relationship with Kent Adult Social Services and are increasingly used by Clinical Commissioning Groups (CCGs).  Clients also come directly to us privately funded.  As such, we deliver a variety of support packages such as End of Life; Personal Care; Mental Health; Personal Assistance and Carers Support. In 2011, we merged with a local charity Chaucer Homecare Ltd, which enabled growth across our specialist teams working within the Mental Health Sector. We work in partnership with the Local Authority as an Approved Provider and with the NHS Continuing Care Teams across Kent.

We are regulated by the Care Quality Commission (CQC).  CQC are the independent regulator of all health and social care services in England.  Their job is to make sure that care provided by hospitals, dentists, ambulances, care homes and services in people’s own homes and elsewhere meet government standards of quality and safety.    Email: enquiries@cqc.org.uk

We are 49% owned by our employees, and 51% owned by Social Enterprise Kent CIC, a not for profit community company.

We strongly believe that our work helps to develop strong communities and we work closely with many local voluntary sector organisations in East Kent.
