Is All Seasons registered with professional associations or government bodies?

Yes, we are registered with Care Quality Commission (www.cqc.org.uk).

 

Are you in partnership with any other organisations?

Yes, we work closely with Kent County Council, SEK Training, Clinical Commissioning Groups & Hospitals.

 

What areas of the county do you cover?

We cover many area’s across East Kent. From Thanet to Sandwich, across to Bishopsbourne and on to Canterbury and back down the A28 to Birchington. The Map of where we cover can be found on our home page. Please call 01843 210003 for details.

 

How are your care workers recruited?

All of our staff go through a robust recruitment process. All staff are given hands on approach to care. This includes a Disclosure and Barring Service check, including checks against the Protection of Vulnerable Adults (POVA) register and Protection of Children Act (POCA) list.

 

How are your care workers trained?

All Seasons community support workers attend training in accordance with current Skills for Care Common Induction Standards. Further specialist training programmes are available, as well as a comprehensive QCF framework. Training courses include: Moving and Handling; Health and Safety, Safeguarding of Vulnerable Adults; Medication; Violence and Aggression in the workplace; Alzheimer and Dementia; Long term Medical Conditions to list a few

 

How much does it cost?

The cost will depend on the level of care that we have been asked to provide and also varies geographically. Please call us if you wish to discuss this with us.

 

How long can I have care from you?

All Seasons can provide your tailored service for as long as you need us. This varies from short period for a few hours at a time, through to several visits a day or 24hr live – in care.  it can be for a holiday or long term support.
