Registered Manager and Director
Maria has overall responsibility for All Seasons and oversees a client base of over 450 clients and 200 staff. Having joined us in 2005, Maria previously worked in a Senior Management role, as a HR Manager for the NHS, overseeing a range of medical staff. Since 2005, Maria has enjoyed working in a variety of roles, and actively creates opportunities and innovative projects with KCC and the NHS, some of which, are now embedded into the heart of All Seasons. Maria’s care principles include supporting people to live in their own homes for as long as they are able to, and this forms the ethos of our Company values. Away from work, Maria enjoys spending time with her friends and family.
Head Of Care
Georgie has worked in care since 1994 and enjoyed a range of caring roles such as being a Support Worker, Registered Manager and more recently, Head of Care. Georgie has a wide array of care experience, having worked with clients of varying needs. Georgie leads the QA Team, who are responsible for care planning. Georgie’s role is to ensure that the care provided is of the highest quality, and within all relevant legislative and government framework. Georgie is here to help with all queries relating to care and quality, so feel free to give her a bell.
Jaqi joined All Seasons in 2014 and has worked in a range of positions, including that of Deputy Coordinator, Duty Communications Manager and now, Operations Manager. Jaqi’s care ethos is to ensure that every client is treated with dignity and respect. Jaqi is responsible for our KCC contracts and is always happy to help with any query.
Mike joined All Seasons in 2015 and has worked his way up from a Support Worker, Coordinator and Operations Manager. Mike has worked with a range of clients such as those with mental health and has a thorough understanding of both the needs of staff and clients. Mike’s care principles are to ensure every client is provided with person centred care. Mike is responsible for Home with Support, our NHS contract, and is always happy to help with any query.
Luke started with All Seasons in 2013 and is responsible for all aspects of finance within the organisation from monitoring the day to day funds to preparing the company accounts. Luke has a 2:1 degree in Accountancy and Finance and has a wide array of knowledge on Accounts and Payroll.
