Many of our customers receiving personal care support is a result of a direct approach to us by themselves or by their families. We also have very strong links with local authorities, agencies and charities which utilise our services or recommend them to their clients.
We are very supportive of the service you wish to have and we focus all the support around your needs and wants.
Can’t quite manage to put the hoover around anymore; clean the floors; empty your bins; dust; clean the bathroom? With support from us, you will be able to achieve all. We work with you or can offer services to do this type of work for you.

Although some symptoms of dementia are common to everyone, dementia affects each person in an individual way. To this end, our staff are trained to work in a sensitive manner that ensures the client remains independent, living in their own home, for as long as possible. Our support workers are trained to the highest level and have complete access to specialist support and on-going training to ensure those living with dementia reach their maximum potential. Our dementia care includes support with personal care, health and nutrition and everyday tasks to assisting those who experience confusion, memory loss or have difficulties with speech and understanding.
End Of Life Care
All Seasons End of Life Care reduces the need for lengthy hospital visits, calls to the ambulance service and overnight stays which can be extremely uncomfortable and traumatic for all those involved. We support and fully care for all patients in the comfort of their own home with all their memories and possessions surrounding them. We are proud to provide specialist support to patients and their families who wish to have end of life care at home. We believe that we should all have the opportunity to decide where we want to be at the final stages of our life and should have the choice on where we would like to spend our last days. We understand that End of life care is not just about medical support; factors such as emotional well-being, comfort and dignity take precedence for a dying person and are areas that all seasons are passionate about and are well placed to deliver.
There can be many different stresses and strains when caring for someone. If you’re busy caring for someone, it may be difficult to care for your own physical and mental health. We provide respite care for carers, so whether you want to go away on holiday or just need a day to relax, you can guarantee your loved one will be in safe hands.
If you need specialised care after you leave hospital, your discharge or transfer procedure is referred to as a ‘complex discharge’. As well as hospital staff, your discharge or transfer may involve other healthcare professionals such as All Seasons.
A stroke is a brain attack. There are over a million people who have had a stroke living in the UK, and around half of all stroke survivors are left dependent on others for everyday activities. We at All Seasons understand that the recovery period never ends but the sufferer must be encouraged to “do for themselves” we also recognise that staff who support stroke victims will need to be very patient and encouraging.
